Professional Teams Town Hall Streaming Delivered Smoothly for a Corporate Morning Session
A small in-room audience, a live Microsoft Teams broadcast, and two dedicated operators making sure everything worked from the first slide to the final question.

In short: IHAV Production supplied full AV and live streaming for a corporate town hall, including a 75-inch display, professional camera, and a managed Teams webcast for remote attendees.
The challenge
What the event organiser needed
Running a hybrid town hall is straightforward until it isn't. The organiser needed a clean in-room display for the live audience, a professional camera feed going out over Microsoft Teams, and the confidence that both would work together without anyone having to troubleshoot on the day. With a tight 75-minute window from start to finish, there was no room for a slow setup or a shaky connection.
The ask was simple on the surface: show the presentation in the room, stream it live to remote participants, and do it without fuss. Getting that right every time, especially when network conditions are unpredictable, takes preparation and the right people in the room.
How we delivered
The production, end to end
IHAV sent two operators, a dedicated camera operator and an AV and streaming operator, so neither the in-room experience nor the live broadcast was an afterthought. A 75-inch LCD screen on a 2-metre presentation stand gave the room a clean, professional look without requiring a projector or a darkened space. The Canon professional video camera captured a sharp, stable feed for the Teams Town Hall webcast.
Network conditions presented a challenge on the day, which is why having an experienced streaming operator on site mattered. The team worked through it, completed a full systems check ahead of the 11am start, and had everything confirmed and ready before the first attendee walked in. The client noted they were happy with both the setup and how efficiently it all came together.

About the Venue
IHAV Production has no prior visit history at this venue on record. That said, IHAV works across corporate offices, conference centres, and meeting spaces throughout Australia, and brings everything needed to deliver a professional result regardless of what's built into the room.
For hybrid events and town halls at venues without a fixed AV infrastructure, IHAV supplies the full kit, screens, cameras, streaming hardware and operators, so the organiser doesn't need to rely on what the venue can or can't provide.
The result
The result
The town hall ran without interruption, with in-room attendees and remote participants both getting a clear, professional experience. The organiser didn't have to think about the AV once the session started, which is exactly how it should be.

FAQ
Questions about events like this
Can IHAV manage a live Microsoft Teams town hall alongside in-room AV at the same event?
Yes. IHAV regularly delivers hybrid events where one operator handles the in-room display and audio while a dedicated streaming operator manages the live broadcast, whether that's Teams, Zoom, or another platform. Both audiences get a consistent, professional experience.
What happens if there's a network issue during a live stream?
Having an experienced streaming operator on site is the practical answer. They can diagnose and respond to connection issues in real time rather than waiting for venue IT support. IHAV factors network risk into every streaming job and comes prepared.
Is a 75-inch screen large enough for a small corporate town hall or boardroom session?
For audiences under 50, a 75-inch display on a floor stand is generally the right call. It's sharp, easy to position, and doesn't require a darkened room the way a projector does. IHAV can advise on screen size based on your room layout and audience.
Does IHAV supply camera operators for hybrid corporate events?
Yes. A professional camera operator is part of many IHAV hybrid event packages, ensuring the remote audience sees a stable, well-framed shot rather than a laptop webcam. Operators are briefed on the run sheet so they're ready for presenter changes and Q&A.
