What happens if equipment fails on the day?+
Your IHAV technician arrives 1.5 hours early to test everything, and backup gear is on standby at every event, so a fault is fixed on the spot, usually before anyone notices.
My venue says I have to use their in-house AV. Can you still help?+
Usually, yes. Most venues permit external AV suppliers, and a few charge a levy. Ask the venue to confirm in writing — we deal with venue AV teams every week and can talk to them for you.
Is there a minimum spend?+
No. There’s no minimum spend, so small meetings get the same care as large conferences.
Are your prices GST-inclusive?+
Yes. All prices shown on our website include GST.
Can you do short-notice bookings?+
Often, yes. Two to three weeks’ notice is comfortable, but last-minute bookings are frequently still possible — call 1300 669 235 and we’ll tell you straight away.
Do you travel interstate and to regional venues?+
Yes. We’re based in Artarmon, Sydney, and support events across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth and regional Australia. Interstate and regional travel is quoted per job.
Do I get a technician for the whole event?+
Every event is set up and tested by an IHAV technician. If you need someone on site throughout — for multiple presenters, playback or streaming — we include an operator in your quote.
