Questions event managers ask us
Do I need an operator for an LED wall?
For a simple holding slide or a single presentation, often not. If your event has several presenters, video playback, sponsor content or a detailed run sheet, we recommend a vision operator to switch sources and keep the wall on cue.
Can you match the wall to our content?
Yes. Before your designer starts, we send the exact pixel dimensions and aspect ratio of your wall, so slides and videos fill the screen properly with no stretching or black bars.
Is rigging included?
Most indoor walls are built on ground support, which is included. If the venue requires the wall to be flown from its rigging points, venue rigging is quoted separately with your event.
Can you deliver outside Sydney?
Yes. Sydney is home and we work Australia-wide, including Parramatta, Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane. Travel, transport and crew are quoted upfront with your event.
