Inhouse Audio Visual maintains close partnerships with various local government bodies and councils, demonstrating our expertise in managing public events with precision and professionalism. Recently, we were commissioned to provide audio services and stage operation for the inauguration of a new park section and public walkway.
The event attracted approximately 2000 attendees over a four-hour duration, blessed with favorable weather that enhanced the outdoor experience. Our role included managing speeches, the unveiling ceremony of a commemorative plaque, and multiple musical performances. To ensure optimal sound quality across the expansive outdoor venue, we deployed a strategic setup featuring QSC speakers, subwoofers, and carefully positioned delays. This configuration allowed us to achieve comprehensive audio coverage without unnecessarily amplifying volume levels, thereby maintaining clarity and minimizing disruption to the surroundings.
The outcome was highly satisfactory, with both the client and the public appreciating the seamless execution of the event amidst a picturesque autumn backdrop. Our meticulous planning and technical expertise contributed to a memorable occasion, reinforcing our reputation as a reliable partner in delivering successful public gatherings for local communities.
