Job Description:
Our company successfully delivered an audio-visual solution for our client’s National CEO National Address under contract. The event necessitated top-tier audio, video, and lighting configurations, alongside live streaming capabilities directed to Microsoft Teams Town Hall.
Our adept technical teams from multiple locations collaborated to implement a seamless hybrid solution, managing cameras, audio, vision, and the live stream. The setup included a dual-view layout comprising a side-by-side camera and presentation shot, as well as a full-screen camera feed for streaming.
Given the live nature of the event, precision was paramount, and our team executed flawlessly across all four locations over the two-week duration. Post-event, we provided recordings of each session, enabling the client to archive and share the proceedings with team members who couldn’t attend in person.
