How quickly can you quote for a Sydney event?

The same business day, Monday to Friday. Send the venue, the date and roughly how many people — a rough idea is enough to start.

Is delivery included in Sydney?

Yes. Delivery, setup, testing and pack-down are included across the Sydney metro area.

Do you cover Parramatta, the North Shore and Western Sydney?

Yes. We’re based in Artarmon and run events across all of Greater Sydney, including Parramatta, the North Shore, the CBD and Western Sydney.

My venue has in-house AV. Can you still help?

Usually, yes. Most venues permit external AV suppliers, and a few charge a levy. Ask the venue to confirm in writing — we deal with venue AV teams every week and can talk to them for you.

Do you provide a technician for the whole event?

Every event is set up and tested by an IHAV technician. If you need someone on site throughout — for multiple presenters, playback or streaming — we include an operator in your quote.
